Who is AFY for?
It’s for any yogi looking for VARIETY. It’s for the BEGINNER to INTERMEDIATE yogi. I don’t spend much time balancing on my hands or working with acrobatics in my classes, so if that’s what you are looking for - which is AWESOME - my classes may not offer the specific challenge you are seeking. I like to FOCUS on STRENGTH, INTENTION and the WHOLE body. If you enjoy practicing outdoors on a beautiful day, staying HOME or having your teacher travel with you - THIS online offering might just be the answer. My intent is to be accessible, AFFORDABLE and inclusive.
